What Northgate Mall may look like in the future? A look at Northgate Mall owners other Mall Projects.


(1) Merlone Geier developed this mall in Mountain View:
This 56 acre site was expanded to include 330 apartment units (0% affordable, all market rate) and a 167 room hotel.


(2) They also developed Laguna Hills Mall in Southern California
This 68 acre site was expanded to 998 apartment units (0% affordable, again all market rate)


Northgate mall is 42 acres.
