It may introduce up to 3569 units of low income housing units to Marinwood Lucas valley (currently we have 2200 units) due to changes in the housing laws enacted as of January 1, 2020. In a separate housing law, single family zoning has essentially been outlawed (SB9). Your neighbor may now split their lot and build two duplexes with two ADUs WITH "Ministerial Approval".
