Susan Adams considers Equity Option, "I am having to work my butt off just to get the housing subsidies for the 70 units of housing"

Susan Adams, Marin County Supervisor and Association of Bay Area Government VP in January 2012

Marin County Supervisor Susan Adams, discusses the requirement to provide "affordable" housing (subsidized) so that employers could hire people who live close to work. Does that mean that government entities are selecting employees for businesses?

Susan Adams says " I am having to work my butt off to get grants and subsidies for 70 units of housing"  (Clearly, she is talking about Bridge Housing's Marinwood Village proposal) "I would like to look at what an "Equity Option" looks like."

Why is Susan Adams "working her butt off" to secure financing for a private non profit company?  Why is the "Social Equity" option promoted by housing advocates from outside of our district receiving so much of her attention?

Can anyone name a project, large or small that Susan Adams has provided for the people of Marinwood-Lucas Valley?  We are sure there must be some, but we don't know of any.  Please comment on any special Susan Adam's projects or special funding that you know about and we will publish them.

No wonder why she was surprised that Dixie School District will be severely impacted from Marinwood Village. She really has not paid any attention to us.

We need a Supervisor who will represent US!

Who does Susan Adams REALLY represent?
