You're saying a public meeting with questions and comments from the public on the agenda is a 'secret'? I don't think you understand the meaning of the word secret.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you understand the meaning of government transparency. Generally, Budget Meetings are presented to the public as a "state of the district" meetings where objectives from the coming year and the past years performance are discussed. Only boards wishing to conceal their actions choose special meetings at inconvenient times for the general public.
