. The official story is that is just for radios but they are asking for three times the actual cost of such systems PLUS collecting "management fees" from all the municipalities in Marin. We expect that it will include cellphone decryption, license plate readers, tracking through FastTrack, wifi monitoring and of course be connecting to the massive data collection and information network of the Feds. There is no warrant needed to listen into your cell phone, wifi network or track your movements.
