ABAG was in charge of giving Marin the quota of 4882 housing units which is assumed for huge housing growth over the next decades. Marinwood/Lucas Valley is given the highest allocation of very low to low income housing (83%) of all of unincorporated Marin despite having virtually no jobs or transportation services.
