ABAG Retreat-Raising Taxes and Fees for Housing Trust

ABAG regional planning committee discusses ways to raise taxes and fees for an REGION wide affordable housing trust. Among the proposals is a regional parcel tax which will literally mean taxation without representation since regional commissioners cannot be voted out of office outside their jurisdiction.
