Do Marin Cops use Stingray Cellphone Monitoring? Demand Answers

Marin County Police departments are asked you to fund a huge new TAX to build the new MERA Communication network.  Is cellphone monitoring included?   We think the answer is "YES".  It is part of the intelligence net in all nine bay area counties.  Demand to know.

Just another way to monitor the public for "safety" or a violation of your constitutional rights? Is it really necessary to monitor EVERY law-abiding citizen to capture a few crooks?  What about "reasonable search and seizure" of your private data?
