The attack on private property rights, especially for rural lands continues unabated. Vast new governmental powers are being considered under the guise of "wildlife conservation rights" that may severely affect the use of your private lands.

The presenter says that it is only for "pre-planning" to be used by local planners for implementation.  This shell game of regulation provides the illusion of local control but actually is dictated from a central authority. It is a "nudge" from the Feds that becomes a "shove" from the local planners.
