This is quite the surprise. I hope this is not a hoax. No offense but I would like to make certain that this sighting is confirmed before making any conclusions. We are a heavily populated area with lots of dogs and people. The video is certainly a bear but without independent verification of the video and location. Bear scat should be observed in the general area. Hopefully a wildlife expert can verify that evidence of bears are in our neighborhood. We do not want bears roaming our streets. Its not good for the bears or the people.
