New Sports Facility at San Rafael Airport is enormous.

Just saw this on Nov 7, 2018 at McInnis Park kayak dock.  I swear it wasn't there a few weeks ago. This facility is enormous and destroys the tranquility of this wetland.  I cannot believe they received permission to build there.  What is worse is the children's outdoor fields are literally next to the airport runway.   Wetlands are extremely important to the environment.

Who approved of this?
