"Middle income housing is what is Needed in Bay Area"

Retired ABAG Economist Steven Levy makes a plea to CASA to concentrate on housing for the middle class since that is where the majority of the need is at this time. Levy was the chief economist for One Bay Area Plan 2014 (renamed Plan Bay Area so it would sound so autocratic).     The CASA technical committee is one of the "smoke filled rooms" where developers, bankers, housing activists and politicians meet to discuss the housing policy they will force on millions of Bay Area residents.  Our founding fathers would be appalled at this assault on democracy by bureaucrats and business people.
