Another Voter learns about Novato Measure E flood tax scam

We speak to Novato citizens about the flood tax. Many people don't want the Highway 37 floods to return but are surprised to learn that they have already PAID for the tax. Measure E is simply a way to generate more tax revenue from the community that will go for more consultants, studies and pensions.
