Justin Kai, Marinwood CSD director ignores a roomful of citizens who support keeping the area in Marinwood which has been "leash optional" for dogs for sixty years. He cites fears for safety and legal liability, yet cannot find any supporting statistics to support his claim. The area has an estimated 36,000 dog walks a year but almost ZERO incidents.
