Marinwood CSD defends SECRET ACCOUNTING

Getting insulted at the Marinwood CSD meeting is nothing unusual.  Directors Izabela Perry and Jeff Naylor are particularly insulting when presented with the weird fact that Marinwood CSD has a double accounting system and is paying from a Slush Fund.   I gave an example where we had a four hour program "Art and Wine Festival" and employees were paid $1200 in cash  for "art show expenses"  from the petty cash account.   Fraud?  Embezzlement?   Can they provide a satisfactory explanation?  Nope.  They simply hurl insults instead of addressing the issue. 8:33
