Check this  apartment rental ad in Craigslist,  They are asking $2365 for a one bedroom to be in a "vibrant, midrise apartment building in Novato. This is what "smart growth" brings us.  CorteMazilla will be MORE EXPENSIVE (and more vibrant, no doubt) Gimmee a break.  This is the future of Marin if we don't act to save it from greedy developers, politicians and housing activists.
