A Florida Politician Tells the Crowd why he isn't for the Regional Plan Seven50 (like Plan Bay Area)

Complains about grossly exaggerated population trends and speculative planning for 40 years. Why add 3 million more people when water supplies are scarce and there is no desire for massive urbanization?  Do these complaints sound familiar?
